Anxiety and depression are so prevelent in our society that it’s likely that you or somebody close to you will experience it at somepoint on your life. Yet, in our Western culture mental illness is often something that is swept under the rug.
Our intention for this episode was to bring depression into our awareness in a way where we can understand it without stigma or shame.
