We work as a professional on the speaker’s circuit often when we found ourselves coaching individuals, motivating large crowds, and speaking about the limitless potential resting within each human. More than that, we are PD junkies; attending seminars, reading every book, and we’ve tried a lot of eccentric stuff.
Today, our feelings about personal development are conflicted. When done well, it can transform a life. But most of the time it’s little more than glorified entertainment, and empty promises. Occasionally, personal development can become deeply destructive.
It’s really important to follow your gut on this. We can’t tell you what to do. That’s what bad coaches do. We will explain times when personal development tends to work, and can show you how to find more effective avenues for growth. Everyone needs to be listened too. To turn what is unconscious to the conscious mind and left feeling capable and confident to create personal change. The end goal – you don’t need coaching anymore! The skills you learn are integrated and sustainable – forever.
